INDICON is annual conference by IEEE India Council in the field of Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering & Electronics and Communication Engineering, in general.The paper will be published in IEEE Explore Digital Library. INDICON emerged as a well recognized and an eagerly anticipated event in the country because of its high quality technical sessions and for the networking opportunities it provides. The 11th IEEE India Conference INDICON 2014, which is being organized by the IEEE Pune Section is expected to attract over 500 delegates from all over the country and abroad and will consist of very high quality technical sessions and tutorials.
