About Novtia '16
In order to contribute towards the growing culture, Coalescence’16 will host the third edition of its very own B-plan competition, Novatia. It is one of the hallmark events of Coalescence. It encourages business ideas in two categories: social and business.
After sorting out 200+ entries including those from teams from prestigious institutions like IITs and IIMs, the top notch innovators are given an opportunity to present their business models to panel of experts from various industries.
With grander partners confirmed this year such as Indian Angel Network, Mumbai Angels , Venture Studio, Ide-in Ventures, Kae Capital andForum Synergies to name a few, Novatia is all set to be the next level competition for those committed to entrepreneurial thinking.
The competition takes place in three rounds.
Round 1 invites applications in the format of Executive Summaries from all over country. The link for registration for Round 1 is given. These applications are screened by members of our partner incubators/accelerators.
Round 2 invites a complete business plan from selected startups/ ideas from Round 1. The best 20 are again are shortlisted who receive mentorship for a period of 6 weeks.
Round 3 : The selected 20 teams are invited to present their Business plans in front of panel of experts in the final round at BITS-Pilani K.K. Birla Goa Campus during Coalescence ( Sept. 4, 2016).
